HOLE & TEAM ASSIGNMENTS


ITINERARY:
 

8:00AM – CHECK IN

  • Collect your welcome goodie bag and other giveaways
    • Check your bag for winner ball markers….special prizes are awarded for select ball markers
    • Mulligans and special prize drawing package included (Includes 2 mulligans and special prize drawing entry per player — $5.00)
  • Bring your clubs to your assigned cart    
 
8:45AM – Outing announcements (rules, scoring, closest to the pin, etc.)
 
9:00AM – Start at assigned hole
 
AFTER ROUND
 
  • Turn scorecard in to at scorekeeper area
  • Gather in the clubhouse area for food, drink and social
  • Prizes and community awards
 
APPROX. FINISH – 3:00PM-3:30PM

  • YOU PROVIDE A BUSINESS CARD OR AD FILE
  • WE PROVIDE THE SIGNAGE  OF YOUR BUSINESS AND DISPLAY IT ON A HOLE
  •  TO QUALIFY, YOU MUST:
    • BE A LOCAL BUSINESS OWNER
    • BE A CURRENT AGL MEMBER IN GOOD STANDING
    • BE REGISTERED FOR THE ANNUAL EVENT
  • HOLE SPONSORSHIPS ARE LIMITED
