LEAGUE RESULTS FOR SATURDAY, JULY 22nd

Beginner Friendly Scramble Leagues Y7W6 at Passaconaway Country Club in Litchfield, NH.

We finally had a beautiful, sunny weekend for our Beginner Friendly Scramble Leagues Y7W6.  Our Saturday Scramble League teed off at Passaconaway Country Club in Litchfield, NH. This is a tough track with difficult greens, but it’s one our league’s favorite courses, so everyone was up for the challenge. The winning score this week was -1. Second place was an even Par and third came in at +2. Congratulations to Sean for hitting the only closest to the pin this week at 42’ on hole #4. Congratulations also goes out to Ed for making a 30’ putt for birdie on hole 8. We all had a great time hanging out after the round enjoying a few drinks and food. Thanks everyone for giving it your best shot this week!

SEACOAST SCRAMBLE LEAGUE

LEAGUE RESULTS FOR SUNDAY, JULY 23rd

Sunday Seacoast League headed up to Berwick, Maine to play The Links at Outlook. This is a beautiful course and another one of AGL’s fan favorites for golf. The Links at Outlook is also a challenging course with a long, tricky dogleg par 5 to start. A blind tee shot on hole 4 and a steep uphill fairway on hole 9 keeps players on their toes, making good course management a must. Our winning score this week was -2, with second and third coming in at +1 and +2 respectively. Congratulations to our closest to the pin winners. Jim hit the green on hole #3 at 22’4” and Teresa landed 17’11” from the pin on hole #8. We all enjoyed good food, good drinks, and good conversation at the course’s restaurant after the round. Thanks everyone who came out to golf with us. See you next week!
